Is this per-provider or per-practice?
Per provider, per month. Front Desk AI is $2,500 per provider / month; Full Operations AI is $3,500 per provider / month plus 5% of monthly collections. Headline prices assume an annual commitment — month-to-month is available at +25%. A one-time onboarding fee applies: $2,500 for Front Desk AI, $5,000 for Full Operations AI. Calls, SMS, and patient communications are unlimited within each tier.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
If we've delivered the ROI promised in your pilot agreement, you continue on a month-to-month subscription at your selected tier. If we haven't, you walk away — no fee, no obligation. Pilot terms and success criteria are agreed in writing before kickoff.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade from Front Desk AI to Full Operations AI anytime — prorated and effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No switching fees, no lock-ins.
Is there a long-term contract?
Headline pricing assumes a 12-month commitment; month-to-month is available at +25%. After the 90-day pilot you can go month-to-month and cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We earn the relationship every month — that's the deal.
How long does setup take?
Under 48 hours from contract-signed to first live call. EHR integration typically runs 2–6 hours, phone forwarding is instant once the port is configured, and agent configuration takes about 30 minutes with your dedicated onboarding lead.
Are there per-call or per-minute charges?
No per-call or per-minute charges. Both tiers include unlimited calls, SMS, eligibility checks, and patient communications. Pricing is per provider, per month; Full Operations AI also includes 5% of monthly collections. Headline prices assume an annual commitment — month-to-month is +25%.
Is Perpetua HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We sign BAAs same-day with every practice. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Every subprocessor that touches PHI has a signed BAA before it's turned on in production.
Does Perpetua work with my EHR?
We support direct connections to Athena, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono, Epic (via Carequality), Kareo/Tebra, and more. If your EHR isn't listed, we'll add it during onboarding.
Will this replace my front desk?
Front Desk AI is designed to replace your front desk function — call answering, scheduling, intake, reminders, no-show follow-up, payment collection. Most practices reassign existing front-desk staff to in-person patient care or eliminate the role through attrition. The math in your ROI line assumes full replacement.
